Brand Manager Job Description

The key to successful business growth lies in effectively executing brand marketing strategies. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of client partnerships.

You will work closely with internal marketing teams to bring brand pillars to life, drive execution, and roll out key growth initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day execution by building calendars, coordinating campaigns, managing deliverables, and keeping teams aligned across content, digital, and CRM.
  • Ensuring performance is tracked and progress is clear, helping clients move faster and grow smarter.

To succeed in this role, you should have 6–7 years of experience across startups and corporate environments. You must have worked inside or alongside marketing teams and know how to lead execution.

Familiarity with CRM, segmentation, and lifecycle flows is also essential. You should be able to work with agencies, creatives, and internal teams – and keep everything aligned.
