Key Responsibilities:

As a Talent Management and Employee Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive employee engagement, talent development, and HR compliance.

You will partner with business leaders to identify staffing needs and develop retention strategies.

  • Talent Management & Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and develop retention strategies.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
    • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance company culture.
    • Plan and implement recognition programs to reward employees' contributions.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws across all operations.
    • Support payroll, benefits administration, and performance management processes.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and reports for compliance and decision-making.
  • Performance & Employee Relations:
    • Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
    • Support the performance management cycle, ensuring timely appraisals and feedback.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics:
    • Track key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, hiring).
    • Provide reports and insights to senior HR leadership.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
