A day in the life of this role includes:

  • Managing all administrative tasks related to the kitchen, including inventory records, purchase orders, and staff scheduling.
  • Supporting the culinary team by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with hotel and food safety standards.
  • Assisting with daily and monthly reports related to food cost, wastage, and kitchen performance.
  • Communicating and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
  • Good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and kitchen workflows.
  • Highly active, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
