A day in the life of this role includes:
- Managing all administrative tasks related to the kitchen, including inventory records, purchase orders, and staff scheduling.
- Supporting the culinary team by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with hotel and food safety standards.
- Assisting with daily and monthly reports related to food cost, wastage, and kitchen performance.
- Communicating and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and kitchen workflows.
- Highly active, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
