Job Title: Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, organize, and coordinate all activities in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Department Management: You will act as the main point of contact for matters related to the department and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  2. Administrative Support: You will be responsible for administrative matters related to all employee records within the concerned department.
  3. Inter-Departmental Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments in the company to accomplish tasks related to the department in which they operate.
  4. Support to Technical Team: You will support the technical team and provide them with necessary assistance, information, and data to perform their duties.
  5. Employee Monitoring: You will monitor employees working in the department, ensure their compliance, and submit related reports to the department manager.
  6. Leave Requests and Quotations: You will prepare requests on behalf of all department employees, such as annual leave requests, sick leave, and others, as well as prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and the customer database.
  7. Quality Standards and Compliance: You will monitor the department's and its employees' compliance with administrative quality standards and work on improving workflow processes.
  8. Document Management: You will store and archive files and documents both physically and electronically, as well as develop and maintain databases.
  9. Reporting and Confidentiality: You will prepare periodical reports and provide documents if needed, while keeping employees', department's, and company's data confidential.
  10. Additional Tasks: You will perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
