About the Job

This position is responsible for driving cross-functional projects forward, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with technical teams is essential to collect business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and documentation throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  2. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and dependencies.
  3. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and technology providers on system integrations, platform enhancements, and service rollouts.
  4. Requirements Gathering: Collect business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications.
  5. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, ensuring timely completion of projects while adhering to company standards.
  6. Progress Tracking: Monitor progress regularly, conducting status meetings and generating progress reports for senior leadership.
  7. System Implementation: Support the implementation of new systems, processes, or market entry projects.
  8. Compliance: Ensure all project work complies with relevant regulations and internal standards.
  9. Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  10. Post-Implementation Review: Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and inform future initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Candidate Eligibility: Open to Arab nationals.
  2. Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering) is required. Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are an asset.
  3. Experience: A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably within a fintech, investment, or financial services organization.
  4. Technical Expertise: Experience managing projects involving internal and external technical teams, including APIs, system integrations, and product delivery.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment platforms, securities trading, and stock exchanges.
  6. Project Planning Tools: Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  7. Language Skills: Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
