Contract Administration Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administration Specialist to join our team in Ahmadi, responsible for managing pre-award and post-award activities on large oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contract strategy, bid evaluation, and contract close-out processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead pre-award activities, including contract strategy, bid invitation, and contract award.
- Manage post-award activities, such as kick-off meetings, contract submittals, and review of correspondence.
- Support the Project Manager in defining the best project strategy from a contractual position.
- Determine fit-for-purpose work method approaches in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Recognized qualification to a degree level in a commercial discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Cost Engineering, or Engineering).
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience in LSTK construction projects in the oil and gas sector.
- Demonstrated understanding and extensive experience of procurement and contract administration processes and principles.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Effective contract negotiating skills.
- Team player that works to strict deadlines.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
