Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tactical Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Tactical Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the execution of sensitive activity concept of operations plans and orders, identifying and implementing unique sensitive activity capabilities, and conducting risk assessments and threat mitigation program management.

Your primary duties will include developing and coordinating the execution of sensitive activity concept of operations plans and orders, providing collection tasking requirements and advisement on HUMINT surrogate network operational activities, and identifying and facilitating implementation of unique sensitive activity capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the execution of sensitive activity concept of operations plans and orders.
  • Identify and implement unique sensitive activity capabilities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and threat mitigation program management.
  • Develop and coordinate the execution of sensitive activity concept of operations plans and orders.
  • Provide collection tasking requirements and advisement on HUMINT surrogate network operational activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have fourteen (14) years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with certification as a HUMINT professional with nine (9) years of experience in an operational environment directly involved in HUMINT.

Prior experience as a certified HUMINT collector with a minimum of five (5) years' experience directly involved in HUMINT, Overt/Clandestine, HUMINT Operation SOF Support of Sensitive Activities is highly desirable.

A current DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and a CI Scope Polygraph or ability to take one upon hiring are also required.
