We require an experienced Senior Accounting Manager who can take charge of our accounting functions.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing daily accounts tasks, including financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, accounts receivable and payable, auditing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain transparent financial analysis and budgeting systems.
  2. Guarantee compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  3. Assess bank operations from the company's viewpoint.
  4. Cultivate relationships with other departments through regular interactions.
  5. Adapt to changing circumstances to meet deadlines.
  6. Handle payrolls, manage payables, assets, and accounts receivable.
  7. Close trials and finalize month-end closing activities.
  8. Maintain clear communication regarding complex matters using strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  9. Support in closing financials on a monthly and yearly basis.
  10. Implement updated accounting practices aligned with IFRS and recent guidelines.
  11. Monitor external audits to ensure precise financial statements.
  12. Generate custom reports and support various finance-related activities.
  13. Take care of Zakat, VAT, and WHT obligations annually.
  14. Develop strategies to enhance team performance.
  15. Supervise the accounts team to guarantee seamless operations.
  16. Process digital transactions and obtain approvals.
  17. Verify correctness of all transactions and document them.
  18. Manage payroll costs, provisions for indeminities, and control of HRMS modules.
