Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, lead generation, effectively communicating product value, and driving sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
  • Experience with Lead Generation and developing new business opportunities
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in technology solutions, especially in IT
