V2X Inc is hiring an experienced Defense Access Control Specialist to support the LOGCAP mission in Kuwait.

About the Role

This position involves managing the DBIDS system, ensuring compliance with Installation Access policies, and providing technical expertise on DBIDS V and Installation Access matters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Registering US Military, DOD Civilians, DOD Contractors & OCN personnel into DBIDS by category.
  • Registering fleet vehicles for Military Units.
  • Updating barment rosters to deny unauthorized individuals onto the installation.
  • Inventing and troubleshooting all DBIDS Equipment with issues.
  • Ensuring Pass & ID Clerks and Operators are trained and efficient in DBIDS utilization.
  • Maintaining needed software updates and coordinating with DMDC to fix non-operational equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manages the DBIDS system to ensure compliance with Installation Access policies.
  2. Provides technical expertise on DBIDS V and Installation Access matters.
  3. Coordinates with subordinate commands to ensure seamless integration of the Installation Access Control Program.
