Key Responsibilities:
  1. Instructors support the Client Operations Technical Professional Development Team to deliver training and assessment currently delivered by the client to technicians and graduates.
  2. Conduct a full review of all associated training materials, make recommendations and implement updating of all training programs.
  3. Provide 'Train the Trainer' support to client existing instructors through classroom sessions, On the Job training, Job Shadowing, discussions, etc.
  4. Take an active part reviewing training alignment with future business needs and technical challenges.
  5. Support the wider team in any other training or learning and development initiatives identified for related jobs.


Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Recognized Assessor and Verifier qualifications.
  2. Exposure to Vocational Qualifications Frameworks (NVQ's).
  3. Capable of working with different cultures, coach and mentor existing staff, and developing good working relationships.
  4. Flexible attitude to all work activities, prepared to accept training schedule changes, and work unsocial hours if required.
  5. Willingness to travel within client desert locations and gathering centers for work requirements.
  6. Diploma in Technical Subject (BTEC, NVQ, HND etc.).
  7. Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas Upstream Gathering Centers Operations and experience working with major International Oil & Gas Companies.
  8. Minimum of 4 years previous experience of technical training delivery and assessment in classroom, and OJT workplace training.
  9. Previous experience of developing, reviewing and upgrading training materials and curriculum.
  10. Current driving license.
  11. Experience working for major Oil & Gas Companies.
