About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team at Vectrus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our networks and systems, ensuring the highest level of security and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and prioritize individual workload, providing status updates to the NOC Chief Watch Officer as required.

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain situational awareness of all network and system entities under the responsibility of the NOC.

  • Provide technical and operational support to functional users, managing, monitoring, and maintaining situational awareness of networks and systems under the responsibility of the NOC.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot networks, including network security policies and procedures, network performance tuning, and trending analysis, opening trouble tickets as needed.

  • Process and track authorized service interruptions (ASI) for subordinate facilities for routine maintenance and other scheduled service interruptions.

  • Conduct systematic audits on all information provided by sites, including database backups, network diagrams, and end-of-lifecycle data.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with the ability to work rotating shift schedules.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with one year of related experience substitutable for one year of education if a degree is required.

  • Maintain at least one baseline certification and one computing environment (CE) certification, adhering to DoD 8570.01-M standards.

What We Offer:

Vectrus offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as company-paid housing and transportation, a completion bonus, and tuition reimbursement program.
