About the Role

This position will play a critical role in supporting our institutional sales team in providing administrative and servicing assistance to clients. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues globally.

The key responsibilities of this role include client reporting, market studies, coordinating client review meetings, developing training programs, and addressing ad-hoc client requests.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or a related field, with a focus on institutional clientele.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role, with Arabic fluency being highly desirable.
  • Ideally, the successful candidate will be a Kuwaiti national.
