About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Science team as a Graduate Data Analyst, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of hiring at Canonical. As a member of this high-performing team, you will have the chance to work closely with stakeholders across the organization, leveraging data insights to drive evidence-based hiring decisions.

With your strong analytical skills and passion for psychology, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective hiring strategies that result in high-performance outcomes. You will collaborate with the Hiring Leadership team to develop and execute innovative approaches to talent acquisition, ensuring that we attract and select the best candidates for our roles.

We are looking for a talented individual who possesses a solid academic record in a relevant field, such as psychology or people management. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues alike, while your drive and ambition will inspire you to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
