Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doing
Our Associate - Talent Acquisition is responsible for working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to support sourcing candidates and administering the recruitment process. The job holder ensures candidates have a positive experience throughout by maintaining communication, providing feedback, and following up.
The Associate will also handle Trainee hiring by sourcing, screening, sharing candidates with hiring managers, and managing the Trainee journey within the Group.
What you'll need to succeed:Key Responsibilities Include:
- Work closely with the TA team to understand job requirements.
- Attend briefing meetings with recruiters & hiring managers as needed.
- Create engaging job adverts and share them across relevant portals.
- Develop longlists of candidates for review with the TA team.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates and recruiters.
- Ensure system compliance and provide update reports.
- Use selection tools such as competency-based interviews, assessments, and tests.
- Build a pool of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Follow up on referrals from management and employees.
- Build networks and communities for sourcing candidates.
- Support other HR projects related to talent acquisition.
- Participate in projects and community activities as needed.
- Provide reporting support using tools like Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather TA data.
- Manage the entire Trainee hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and facilitating interviews.
- Follow up on Trainee experiences and collect feedback.
- Maintain a central pool of Trainees for potential permanent roles.
