About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Artificial Lift Sales Team at Baker Hughes Company.

As a Lead Channel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing market strategies, delivering successful outcomes for key industry players through innovation, strategic solutions, and building relationships.

You will collaborate with customers to contribute to long-term planning and sales initiatives in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

Your role will involve integrating yourself into the process of developing new markets and customers to meet business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Selling Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners, and end users in the countries of Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
  • Handling the Sales and Technical support of Zenith products, requiring good technical knowledge of downhole gauge and upper completions for after-sales support for our On-demand solutions customers.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales quotas, and sales strategies and goals of the ODS team.
  • Contributing to frameworks for pricing and conditions and negotiating individual deals local to your territory.
  • Handling diverse clients in the MENATI region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 5 years of experience in Sales of Artificial lift Equipment (Downhole, instrumentation or completion tools).
  • Experience in Zenith products is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of artificial lift and downhole instrumentation.
  • Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem-identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Able to influence others.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
