Job Title: Operations Executive/Specialist

Salary Range: 400 – 600 KWD

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

Tigro App is seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Executive to join our team and oversee our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with a growing team, capable of leading, delegating, and making operational decisions independently. Responsibilities also include identifying staffing needs, creating job posts, and supporting the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage all daily online orders using our internal console.
  2. Book items, coordinate with delivery teams, and ensure timely dispatch.
  3. Ensure accuracy in product listings, appearance, tags, and labels across web and app platforms.
  4. Monitor inventory and stock levels.
  5. Provide exceptional customer support and follow-up on orders.
  6. Conduct regular data entry and maintain system records.
  7. Handle payment gateway operations and troubleshoot issues.
  8. Operate and manage online/cloud ERP systems.
  9. Supervise the team and provide instructions based on area expertise.
  10. Identify resource gaps and initiate hiring when necessary.
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in e-commerce operations is mandatory.
  2. Strong understanding of online order lifecycles.
  3. Familiarity with inventory, fulfillment, and dispatch coordination.
  4. Experience managing product data and e-commerce platforms.
  5. Knowledge of digital marketing, tags, and payment gateways.
  6. Proficiency in ERP or cloud-based business systems.
  7. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  8. Problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently and lead by example.
