Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all communication channels.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining regular engagement with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. You will communicate courteously via phone, email, or in person as needed, follow up on key customer milestones, and address and resolve customer complaints in line with company policies.

You will also accurately manage and update customer information within internal systems, understand customer needs to identify cross-selling and referral opportunities, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys to enhance service delivery.

In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports. A strong understanding of customer service best practices is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and reporting tools
