Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information about maintenance services.
- Log customer requests and complaints accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule service appointments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Handle emergency maintenance calls and escalate urgent issues appropriately.
- Assist in tracking and updating work orders for technicians.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly via phone.
- Handle customer inquiries, live chat, and email communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is an advantage.
- 0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (preferably in a maintenance or facilities management company).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English language.
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will be based in Kuwait City, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
