About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Store Operations Director to lead our fashion brand's store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth while maintaining brand image, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Establishing and Maintaining Effective Professional Relationships with key business partners.
  • Understanding Customer Profiles and ensuring feedback is provided on marketing, buying, and planning to relevant parties.
  • Maintaining Visual Merchandising Standards within brand guidelines.
  • Implementing Company Expectations of standards, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Monitoring Sales per Square Foot to ensure maximum productivity within brand and store specifications.
  • Staying Abreast of Market Trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and recommendations to the company.
  • Driving Sales, monitoring performance, and identifying commercial opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivating a Culture of Excellent Customer Service, leading by example.
  • Resolving Customer Complaints Effectively and promptly.
  • Minimizing Stock Loss through the management, implementation, and adherence of our company's policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing Stock Management Information to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Providing and Analyzing Reports to gain understanding of current performance trends, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure buying/planning are aware of stock-related feedback.
  • Recommending, Managing, and/or Supporting Sales Promotions and brand activities through effective planning and preparation to meet expectations.
  • Ensuring All Company Policies and Procedures are implemented and adhered to.
  • Preparing and Implementing Stock Takes in-store in liaison with the operations team.
  • Ensuring Company Health & Safety Standards are adhered to at all times.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate Degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 Years' Experience of successfully running a profitable retail store.
