Job Description:

The Well Construction Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers at the wellsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
  • Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
  • Safety Management: Ensure individual and crew work safety.
  • Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down.
  • Perform manual tasks involved in tools preparation.
  • Perform rig up and rig down of equipment and sensors.
  • Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
  • Communicate with the supervisor or engineer either onsite or remotely.
  • Crew Leadership: Act as Crew Leader as pointed by supervisor.
  • Maintain required PPE and observe HSE policies.
  • Promote teamwork across the business lines.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience.
