Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Coordinator to join our team at Kic Kw. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering all necessary data related to insured claims into the system, providing necessary information and reports when required, and working to archive and save that data in a way that can be easily accessed later.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and review all contracts and insurance agreements related to fire and general accidents with regards to compensation.
  • Print and issue the required claims and documents.
  • Keep insurance archives and archive them appropriately for reference when needed.
  • Prepare letters and official documents on insurance with external parties.
  • Follow up on incoming and outgoing mail related to Fire and General Accidents Compensation.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the information contained in the files and records used.
  • Print and prepare all official correspondence and administrative documents of the department under the direction of the line official.
  • Perform any other duties assigned in the field of job competence.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in FGA insurance and the local market.
