Job Overview

The HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L seeks a skilled Reinsurance Analyst to oversee its reinsurance arrangements, including treaty and facultative reinsurance protection for various business classes. As a key member of the team, you will assist in implementing the company's reinsurance program based on overall objectives and maintain relationships with underwriting, finance, and reinsurance markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all reinsurance activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.">
• Negotiate reinsurance contracts with brokers and companies, analyzing complex risk factors and making sound underwriting decisions.">
• Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information, maintaining accurate records of all reinsurance transactions and agreements.">
• Prepare and present reports on reinsurance activities and strategies, monitoring performance of reinsurance agreements.">
• Work closely with Claims Unit on notification and recovery of claims from reinsurers, ensuring prompt settlement of reinsurance premiums.">
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reinsurance standards, preparing data and statistics for treaty negotiation, and ensuring timely setup of treaties.">

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills. A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is essential, along with 3-5 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.

A professional insurance qualification, such as Chartered Insurance Institute (CII/ACII), is highly desirable.
