This role oversees the daily operations of the Maintenance Department Field Maintenance Support Buehring in support of the LOGCAP V Kuwait Program.

The Maintenance Manager provides operational guidance and supervision to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement PWS. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring timely execution of missions at the highest quality level possible, and maintaining frequent contact with customers regarding Maintenance performance and overall customer satisfaction.

Additionally, this position involves interfacing with customer contract personnel to ensure adherence to all contractual requirements, coordinating staffing needs and technical approach for task orders solicitations in support of LOGCAP V cost proposal operations, and ensuring an operating environment that promotes teamwork VBSS/Quality and a sound EHS culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Maintenance Department FMS-B in support of LOGCAP V Kuwait Program.
  • Provide operational guidance and supervision to ensure compliance with PWS.
  • Manage production schedules and ensure timely execution of missions.
  • Maintain frequent contact with customers regarding Maintenance performance.
  • Interface with customer contract personnel to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate staffing needs and technical approach for task orders solicitations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum qualification: High School Graduate required, Bachelor's degree desired.
  • Must have 6-8 years of maintenance experience with 2-3 years in a management capacity related to these functions.
  • Global Combat Support System Army GCSS-A Plant maintenance certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including creating future plans, delivering results, building teams, inspiring commitment, and leading with character.
