Student Recruitment Officer Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment Officer. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or Communications, and experience in student recruitment or admissions is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: The successful candidate will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student body. This will involve representing the university at recruitment events, fairs, and school visits, building partnerships with schools, community groups, and businesses, and advising prospective students on programs, admissions, and financial aid.
  • Represent the University: As a representative of the university, the Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for conducting campus tours, interviews, and meetings to promote the university. They will also liaise with academic departments to provide accurate program information and manage applicant data using CRM tools.
  • Analyze Trends and Improve Outreach Efforts: The successful candidate will analyze trends to improve outreach and conversion efforts. They will work closely with the admissions team to review applications and support the admissions process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or Communications
  • Experience in student recruitment or admissions (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with admissions processes and financial aid
