Job Title: Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Professional to oversee and manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initaliate Purchase Order (PO) process by requesting Proforma Invoice from vendors, create PO in SAP after reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment, resolve issues or discrepancies, and support customers throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Nominate freight forwarder after analyzing tendering process.
  • Create shipments in SAP system: inbound creation, shipment creation, and cost creation.
  • Manage SABER documentation process for KSA shipments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • SAP knowledge.
