The role of Supply Chain Procurement Executive is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn. This position involves taking initiative on responsibility for managing purchase orders and contract documentation, as well as assisting on coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and order tracking, developing strong communication and organizational skills along the way.

You'll make a significant impact by:
  • Supporting the procurement team with day-to-day sourcing activities
  • Taking initiative on responsibility for managing purchase orders and contract documentation
  • Assisting on responsibility for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
  • Learning and growing on responsibility for ensuring timely delivery and order tracking

Requirements
  • A bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or similar.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in supply chain and procurement
  • Good understanding of procurement processes or relevant coursework
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
  • Knowledge of ERP System.
