About the Role
This role requires an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage inventory levels effectively. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP or inventory software systems and a solid understanding of inventory control processes and warehouse logistics. Effective communication and coordination abilities across departments and with suppliers are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory type, quantity, and valuation
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock through material requirement planning and forecasting
- Source and obtain price quotations from local suppliers and principals
- Prepare and process purchase orders within defined purchasing authority
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule timely deliveries and resolve supply chain issues
- Implement Lean methodologies for continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in forecasting or inventory planning roles is also necessary. Experience in the service industry for Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) or Consumer Electronics (CE) products is preferred.
