We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration and Dispatch Clerk to join our team in Kuwait. As a Registration and Dispatch Clerk, you will be responsible for registering and dispatching mail.

  • You will process incoming Registered mail, separate and scan all accountable mail in accordance with Military Postal policies, and prepare and stage outgoing mail on military/airline pallets and mail trucks.
  • You will also perform tasks such as breaking down Tri-Walls, opening mailbags, letter trays, and sorting mail by authorized APOs or assigned units.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for conducting unit mail calls, providing customer assistance to unit mail clerks, and retrieving mail from USPS mail drop-boxes.

Key Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Secret Clearance
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and host nation Driver's License is required
