Job Title: Senior Accountant - Projects Commercials

FUTURE COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY IS HIRING

About the Job:

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team;
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating all accounts records accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Ensuring detailed allocation to cost center, department, division/project, etc., is done correctly;
  • Get daily updates of the projects from various project managers & project teams and encode the details in the project management module;
  • Update all commercial milestones in the project management module for all new contracts and any changes in existing contracts;
  • Follow up with the project team on outstanding commercial information in a timely manner;
  • Update all UPL in the project management module;
  • Provide the MIS on all pending milestones and commercials to project Managers, Finance Head, and GM, and follow up on the pending items with the project team;
  • Raise invoices to customers and track the progress through the project management module;
  • Create weekly MIS on all commercial outstanding items and follow the progress with the various project accounts and operation teams;
  • Enter/supervise all project progress entries in the project management module and update the records in consultation with the project managers to arrive at the monthly revenue for MIS purposes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum should be a commerce graduate; Inter CA will be an added value;
  • Must have knowledge in accounting/ERP software and should have good computer knowledge and expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the accounts field, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a medium or large organization with a telecom/contracting company background.
