Financial Services Professional

We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee our project financial management activities. Key tasks include:

  1. Maintaining accurate project records and accurately allocating costs.
  2. Receiving daily project updates and recording them in the project management module.
  3. Uploading commercial milestones for new contracts and contract changes.
  4. Finding solutions to issues regarding outstanding commercial information with the project team.
  5. Managing UPLs in the project management module.
  6. Providing MIS reports on pending milestones and commercials to project Managers, Finance Head, and GM.
  7. Issuing customer invoices and tracking their progress through the project management module.
  8. Creating weekly MIS reports on commercial outstanding items and following up with project accounts and operation teams.
  9. Accurately recording project progress in the project management module and updating records in consultation with project managers to obtain monthly revenue for MIS purposes.

For this role, we require:

  • A commerce degree with Inter CA certification as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts, including 2 years in a similar position in a medium or large organization with a telecom/contracting company background.
