Job Title: Telecommunication Projects Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunication Projects Manager to join our team at V2X Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing telecom projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting all required safety guidelines and IT telecommunication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute telecom projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting all required safety guidelines and IT telecommunication standards.
  • Oversee the drafting of technical documents, including SOWs, RFPs, ROMs, LOTDs, and project risk assessments.
  • Manage telecom project schedules and performance, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Ensure effective execution of all telecom project work, including telecommunication engineering, installation, inspections, and O&M services.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to enhance operations and ensure standard operating procedures are updated and implemented.
  • Ensure all direct labor and subcontractor personnel comply with all environmental safety and health requirements.

Requirements:

  • Four (4) years of project management and/or information management experience.
  • Six (6) or more years of experience supervising/managing employees.
  • Must possess a professional demeanor, excellent written and oral communication skills, and high-level organizational and planning skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience in data collection and technical writing, strong leadership and analytical skills, and ability to read, understand, and discuss AutoCAD drawings in detail.

Working Conditions:

The Telecommunication Projects Manager will work in an indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions, including extreme temperatures and industrial production environment conditions.

Physical Requirements:

The Telecommunication Projects Manager will be required to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Telecommunication Projects Manager will manage a Telecommunications Projects Team up to 150 employees with 2-5 direct reports.
