This position also involves identifying and executing strategies to improve cost efficiency and financial processes across the group, building and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and funding partners, and spearheading financial digital transformation initiatives.

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required, along with an MBA or CPA. A minimum of 15 years of financial leadership experience is essential, including within holding structures and across international markets.

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the shareholders and board, delivering clear, data-driven financial insights and strategic recommendations.
