Job Overview
The Managing Director is a key role in driving the strategic direction and operations of our food brands. This position requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, and the ability to scale systems and processes in a fast-growing business.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to build and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operations and reduce friction between teams. They will be able to lead and oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals. Additionally, they will work closely with heads of departments to define, optimize, and enforce workflows that promote accountability and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and improve company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance quality control.

  • Ensure all brands maintain a premium customer experience, from product delivery to after-sales support.
  • Support the expansion of the business into new markets and channels, including franchising and digital growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in a leadership role within a food service, hospitality, or retail-based environment. They will have strong experience in managing cross-functional teams, including kitchen, operations, and marketing. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of how to build and implement SOPs to improve operations and reduce friction between teams.
