Microsoft 365 Copilot Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Copilot Implementation Specialist to lead the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across our clients' organizations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop User Adoption Strategies

Develop detailed user adoption strategies tailored to each client's unique workflows and requirements.

Create Awareness

Engage and inform employees about the upcoming changes, clarifying the reasons and impacts in an understandable and relatable manner.

Design Customized Training Programs

Design and deliver customized training programs to meet the learning requirements of different user groups.

Manage Resistance

Identify and address resistance to change, empowering employees to embrace new technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of experience and 3-6 years of professional, progressive experience in change management is required.

Requirements:
  • Candidates who speak Arabic are preferred.
  • Strong process orientation and familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • A working knowledge of large-scale technological implementations.
  • Brings a strong professional presence in all environments.
  • Experience creating, leading, facilitating, and training virtual and in-person training.
  • Experience creating and supporting communication and change management plans.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI and technology adoption in the workplace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates from outside Kuwait are also welcome.
