Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Adoption Strategy:

    • Develop a comprehensive user adoption strategy that aligns with each client's unique needs and workflows.
    • Identify key stakeholders and design a change management plan to ensure effective communication and adoption.
    • Monitor and track adoption progress, providing regular updates and adjustments as needed.

  2. Awareness and Training:

    • Foster open communication channels to keep employees informed about the upcoming changes.
    • Deliver engaging awareness sessions to educate employees on the benefits and applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

  3. Customized Training:

    • Create and deliver customized training programs to meet the diverse learning needs of different user groups.
    • Provide adaptive training to equip employees with the skills required to integrate Generative AI into their daily tasks.

  4. Resistance Management:

    • Recognize and address resistance to change, empowering employees to adopt new technologies.
    • Incorporate employee feedback into the change management plan to minimize resistance effectively.

Requirements:

  • Candidates proficient in Arabic are highly valued.
  • Strong background in project management, including process orientation and tool proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Adept at managing large-scale technological implementations.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in creating, leading, and facilitating training programs.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates from outside Kuwait are also considered.
