About the Role:
  1. Welcome executive guests upon arrival and assist them during their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  2. Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
  3. Ensure that all guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Stay informed about hotel services, VIP requests, and special events to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Desirable Skills:
  1. Previous experience working in Executive Lounges within hotel environments.
