The executive office of a leading organization is seeking an exceptional and highly professional Office Manager to oversee the daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  2. Coordinate high-level official engagements, prepare comprehensive reports, and maintain accurate records.
  3. Maintain confidentiality in handling internal and external correspondence.
  4. Organize and manage daily communications, ensure seamless document flow, and implement efficient filing systems.
  5. Support administrative operations, facilitate team collaboration, and optimize office productivity.
  6. Oversee office activities, promoting a culture of excellence, professionalism, and adaptability.
Candidate Profile:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support within a corporate environment, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Proven proficiency in project management methodologies, with certifications like PMP or Prince2 being advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working closely with C-suite executives, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and unwavering professionalism.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; additional language proficiency is desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and maintain high levels of precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, as well as familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
