Job Overview:

The Flush By Unit Supervisor role is a critical position that requires a high level of expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating and maintaining complex equipment, as well as managing a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the operation of Flush By Units, ensuring efficient and safe performance.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in FBU operation.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Valid Well Control Certificate for Supervisory Level accredited by IADC or IWCF.
  • Valid driving license in Kuwait.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in a related field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
