Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team in a key leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality HSE services that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • At least 7+ years of experience as a Drilling HSE officer / Adviser / Supervisor (Onshore or offshore drilling)
  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
  • Last position held shall be in onshore / offshore drilling HSE (Supervisor) min 5 years
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of drilling rig / equipment / drilling processes
  • Minimum Level 1 IWCF certificate – introductory / Well sharp
  • Practical knowledge of well control equipment and managing HSE part of well control situations
  • Incident investigation methodology
  • Physically able to work under pressure and adverse weather conditions
  • Knowledge in SIMOPs preferable. PAD drilling Exp. is preferable.
