The Service Department Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire service function, driving sales growth in Transport Solution and Static Solution refurbishment business, increasing Repair/Service business of Cooling Units and Tail Lifts, and optimizing spare parts selling volume for these units.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Service Department to achieve high-performance standards.
- Increase sales revenue through effective promotion and marketing of services.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing top-notch repair and maintenance services for Cooling Units and Tail Lifts.
- Develop and implement a follow-up strategy to secure new business opportunities.
- Create engaging presentations to showcase company products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support.
- Generate high-quality sales leads, secure orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
- Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers' technical needs.
- Assist customers with product issues, recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering (preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in managing Service Center Operations, including Reefer units, food trucks, and tail lifts.
- Strong team leadership and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of target markets and consumer needs.
- Able to build strong relationships with clients quickly.
- Arabic and English languages are preferred.
- Job location: Kuwait.
- Work timings: One shift, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
