Alghanim Industries is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Executive Workspace Strategist.

About the Role

This position requires an individual with expertise in space management principles and workplace design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to create functional, efficient workspaces that align with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate space occupancy calculations to support finance and planning teams.
  • Assist the Facilities Management team by creating necessary drawings and diagrams for their day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the safety team to develop and maintain safety-related documentation.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping and security teams to design and provide necessary diagrams for security booths and patrol locations/routes.
  • Design office and workspaces for various Alghanim businesses, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the design of various projects, including storage spaces, warehouses, and maintenance workshops.

Requirements
  • An Interior Design Diploma or related field (a bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in architectural drafting and Auto CAD proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of space management principles and workplace design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and building codes/regulations (a plus).
  • Previous experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management companies (a plus).

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
