About the Job:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing sales campaigns, club tours, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive membership sales.
  • Accurate sales records and meeting monthly targets are essential for this role, which involves working closely with the reception and fitness team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities:
  1. Promote Health Club packages to individuals, families, and corporate clients to achieve sales targets and grow our wellness community.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members to drive membership sales and increase brand loyalty.
  3. Organize sales campaigns, club tours, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
  4. Maintain accurate sales records and meet monthly targets while working closely with the reception and fitness team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Health Club or Gym sales is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Energetic personality with a passion for fitness and wellness is a must for this dynamic role.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals who can work independently and as part of a team will thrive in this environment.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude are essential for providing excellent customer service.
