We are looking for a Product Expert Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in assigned medical products and be able to educate healthcare providers and other stakeholders on their benefits and features.
The successful candidate will conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-servicing, providing post-sales support and troubleshooting product issues in collaboration with the technical team.
The role also involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals, collaborating with the sales and marketing team to execute product strategies and campaigns.
Additionally, the candidate will monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise.
- Education and training of healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Provide post-sales support and troubleshoot product issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and medical professionals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute product strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, dental, pharmacy, veterinary sciences, medical or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in medical sales, clinical support, or product management (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites, hospitals, and conferences.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and medical terminology.
- Fresh graduates are accepted.
