- Analyse data to provide real-time insights, collaborating with the business to optimise hiring processes.
- Conduct in-depth behavioural interviews to gain valuable insights into candidates' motivations and behaviours.
- Establish key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure delivery against the hiring agenda, monitoring activities, driving results, and maintaining consistency in operational processes.
- Enhance the employer brand by considering candidate interactions and experiences.
- Pursue continuous improvement in hiring processes and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, eliminating unconscious bias from the hiring process and ensuring sourcing strategies align with this goal.
- Proven experience in headhunting from a reputable search firm or in-house search function, with expertise in sourcing senior talent in the Technology industry.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, developing learning programmes to improve their ability to engage with passive talent.
- Knowledge of psychometric assessments and their applications.
- Skilled in conducting behavioural, competency-based interviews, with the ability to train stakeholders and advise on optimal interview techniques.
- A strong academic background, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a people-related subject, and a good understanding of Maths.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and patterns in data, with proficiency in LinkedIn talent modules.
- High personal organisation and effectiveness when working remotely.
- Willingness to travel for company events, up to two weeks per year.
- Advanced analytical and statistical analysis skills to interrogate data.
- Exposure to Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International, and DISC profiling tools.
- Possession of psychometric validity and reliability metrics knowledge.
