Senior Business Growth Manager

A results-driven Business Development professional is sought after to spearhead growth in Kuwait's key industries. This pivotal role requires an individual who can leverage existing relationships and hit the ground running to secure new business and drive revenue.
The ideal candidate will be a master negotiator, proficient in navigating complex negotiations and consistently closing deals. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English are essential, with fluency in Arabic being a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapid Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and secure new clients requiring manpower and recruitment services across focus industries.
- Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- C-Level Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with HR Directors, Operations Managers, Procurement Heads, Business Owners, and key decision-makers.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Edge: Continuously analyze Kuwaiti market trends, industry-specific labor demands, and competitor activities to refine service offerings and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Deal Closure & Negotiation: Craft compelling business proposals, skillfully negotiate contract terms, and close high-value deals.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales pipeline progress, and market feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within HR solutions, recruitment, or manpower supply in Kuwait.
- Deep understanding of Kuwait's labor market, employment laws, and diverse industry staffing needs.
- Demonstrable Network: A robust, active, and verifiable network of contacts within key decision-making roles (HR Managers, Procurement, Operations Heads, Business Owners) across Construction, Fleet Services, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, and Domestic Worker Supply sectors in Kuwait.
- Valid Kuwaiti Driving License: Essential for client meetings and market engagement.
- Master Negotiator & Closer: Proven ability to navigate complex negotiations and consistently close deals.
- Bilingual Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English. Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
