At Al Tayer Insignia, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in luxury retail. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Leader to join our Beauty team in Bloomingdales - Kuwait.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing the team, and maintaining brand image and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales growth through effective performance monitoring and commercial opportunity identification.
  2. Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example and resolving customer complaints promptly.
  3. Minimise stock loss through the implementation and adherence of ATG policies and procedures.
  4. Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and ensure Buying/Planning are aware of stock-related feedback.
  5. Prepare and implement stock takes in-store in liaison with the Operations team.
  6. Recommend, manage, and/or support sales promotions and brand activities through effective planning and preparation.
  7. Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with key business partners.
  8. Ensure all Company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Requirements
  • Preferrably educated to graduate level, with 3-5 years of experience running profitable retail stores and teams.
  • Strong customer focus, prioritising our customer experience above everything else.
  • Experience in Beauty or luxury is highly desirable.
