Kuwait Airways Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Airline Operations Expert.
As a key member of our Ground Handling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of passenger services at Kuwait Airport. Your duties will include planning, directing, and coordinating OAL Passenger Services functions, including counter check-in activities, transit counters, and baggage services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide work directions to passenger check-in counters for OAL flights at Kuwait Airport, ensuring that counters are adequately manned during all other carrier flights.
- Receive and review announcements, circulars, and other documents containing changes in flight schedules, routes, fares, and visa requirements.
- Ensure the transit counter and staff are properly trained to facilitate the smooth and efficient movement of connecting passengers.
- Oversee the releasing of Other Carriers flights at gate and ramp, ensuring proper coordination between staff and other concerned sections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration of Science or equivalent.
- 12 years' experience in passenger service, including required training courses.
- Very good knowledge of English.
