  • Managing airline IT systems, including Reservation, Check-in, Load control, Departure Control, Engineering, Flight Operations, Training, among others
  • Ensuring robust IT Security measures, including information security, data security, and network security
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies, processes, and procedures
  • Conducting regular IT Audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Overseeing IT Infrastructure management and providing round-the-clock user support
  • Leading the introduction of new IT solutions and systems, including technical evaluation, recommendation, POC, and implementation
  • Effectively managing IT Vendors and IT Services Providers

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; PMP Certification is an added advantage
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology management, with at least 5 years in an airline environment
  • Proven expertise in Airline IT systems
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management and Vendor Management skills
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
