Job Description

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and management. They will work closely with the project team to develop data visualization tools, create dashboards, and analyze data to inform policy decisions.

Data Analysis and Management

  • Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
  • Create data visualization tools, such as charts, maps, and tables, to facilitate data interpretation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Indicator Analysis and Benchmarking

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of anti-corruption, Rule of Law, and governance indicators.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in these indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategic recommendations for stakeholders based on data-driven insights.

Survey Development and Data Collection

  • Design and implement surveys to gather data on governance indicators.
  • Analyze survey results, applying statistical techniques to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Communicate findings through reports, briefs, and presentations.

Reporting and Communication

  • Produce high-quality analytical reports summarizing key findings and policy-relevant insights.
  • Prepare data briefs, infographics, and summary notes to communicate complex analyses in an accessible format.
  • Contribute to policy recommendations, working papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
